The e-card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit or debit card
This e-card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque
The holder of this e-card is deemed to be the beneficiary
The validity of the e-card is for 90 days from the day of activation. It must be redeemed within the validity period
This e-card can be redeemed only at Hopintown e-commerce portal & m-commerce site or app
This e-card cannot be redeemed at any other offline or online retail outlets
No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced card
Every e-card will be applicable for a specific membership pack. One e-card applicable for a membership pack cannot be used for any other membership pack
Once the e-card is redeemed, the member can avail of the benefits & privileges of the membership for the duration of the membership
HopInTown & Qwikcilver reserve the right to terminate, modify or extend the timelines and features of the e-card, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason
Any dispute or redemption related issues must be referred to Hopintown Customer Support and the decision of the company shall be final
